In France, you can’t have incentives to plead guilty, but cops tell you if you do you’ll get a reduced sentence, which is wrong. It’s not much better than having incentives.

Police should not be able to keep confiscated property and benefit from it. This is a conflict of interest. As well, it is a conflict of interest to incentivize law prosecutors by how many cases they win or have guilty pleas.

Thats a no brainer. Not gonna really ever get fair trials in a capitalist system. Whoever has money gets away with it. Whoever doesnt just feeds the system.
