I feel like 90% of these don’t seem that cheap nor healthy lmao


Breakfast – spinach fritatta, cept the spinach is blended so eggs are green. With bacon, I guess, since we can’t have a variable animal protein. Lunch – Thai chicken curry with extra basil and broccoli, brown rice on the side. Snack – apple with peanut butter Dinner – Salad, mostly with dark peppery greens. No iceburg. Topped with roasted chickpeas, balsamic vinaigrette, shredded carrots, sliced almonds, and black pepper.


Breakfast – Porkroll and Cheese Omlette with Home Fries Snack – Taco Lunch – Italian Sub Dinner – Pizza
