I just stopped drinking a little over a month ago due to anxiety reasons. It has definitely helped me not feel as shitty, but it also made me realize how often I went to bars for entertainment. I’ve been having to find new ways of entertaining myself in a healthy way.


Personally ended up cutting myself several times while drunk off my ass, including a few times in front of friends. Solid advice for OP, the escape isn’t worth it
