Putting more effort into avoiding work than it would take to just do it. Bonus points for ending up having to do it anyway, extra bonus points if it’s now also more difficult because the problem festered. For that matter, replace effort with money and that’s ultimate greed.


Leaving your shopping cart in the middle of the parking lot, instead of walking it to the return.


Remembering how many minutes ahead, or behind your clock is rather than changing it.


Sitting a new roll of toilet paper on top of the expended roll in the dispenser instead of changing it out.
