It’s good to do this when you rent a car as well.


Yes this is a very important thing to do. The first property that i rented ended up costing me an extra 600 pounds due to furniture that was already damaged before i moved in. Some landlords are crafty and will always find a way to keep hold of your deposit.


Make a video walk through so they can’t claim you photoshopped it.


You can also print it out and mail it to your self. Then let the judge open and see for himself.
