Always remember.. loyalty only flows one direction at work.


I wonder what the baseline is for in office workers…. I have seen slot of people be completely unproductive in the office too. Also, just cause they are busy doesn’t mean they are doing quality work. How about you evaluate if the task was done well or not? Seems like an epic waste of money…. a better opportunity may be reducing that corporate overhead to improve the financials? Most corporations I have seen are too heavy and only care about Wall Street, which mainly benefits the rich and the majority stock holders, which are typically in the executive positions or on the board.


It IS doing more harm than good. No “could” about it.
