I can go up to my attic to put up or take down boxes, or to look at the air handler, but I’m a weenie and am *afraid* to crawl around and look in the cracks and crevices! What if I find a spider? Or a critter? Eeeeek! p.s. House is ~20 years old, builder supposedly went bankrupt, previous owners cheaped out on the last roof.
