How am I supposed to deal with spacing out during podcast and then constantly feeling a desire to rewind. If it’s hard for me to pay attention to every second should I just let it go or rewind to attempt full understanding?


Unfortunately i daydream during online lectures and studying.


Maybe we like to day dream !


Podcasts is how I’ve made walking the dog enjoyable. And thus, I go on 2 mile walks because of it. Helps that it’s hard to tire out my dog
