They’re also really useful when cooking for someone on a low salt diet. Food doesn’t need to be salty to be flavorful. Herbs, spices and wine added to different dishes really punches up the flavor while still making the food healthy.


Buy your spices from Indian or Bangladeshi grocery markets. Way better quality and way less expensive.
