Four gas giants orbiting a star over the course of seven years. Amazing.


I didn’t realize this was a thing we could see; I thought we exclusively picked up on exoplanets using gravitational wobble or dimming. This is absolutely gorgeous, the sort of thing that makes me feel anxious to see more. Get the darn James Webb up there already!


Definitely cool if one is seeing this for the first time, but as a caution: this is from March 2019 and is not a new release.
