Well, that is the billion dollar question, isn’t it?


I’d take either.


I’m having a hard time wrapping my brain around the notion that a million dollars in 2021 is equal to 646k dollars in 2021.


Since science is suppose to answer questions but the more we learn the more we realize how little we know. So the math works out


I guess it makes sense that a $1M question in 2000 is less urgent in 2021. If the urgency remains constant, that the answer to the question would be equal to ~$1.5M. If the urgency increased (climate change?), the value would increase greater than the rate of inflation…
