I cannot wait to never see this in action along those microbes that eats plastic in water or new plants that can trap Co2. 🙁

It turns out human hair and likely most animal hair is one of the best materials for absorbing and mopping up oil spills. There was a recent spill off of the coast of San Francisco and I remember all the barbers and hair stylists were organized by environmental groups and started filling donated nylon leggings with the days off cuts and it was a big help to the clean up effort after all the nasty oil residues had reached and littered the shore.

How many times have I heard this? It won’t work economically.

I would love to see that

Didnt Kevin Costners brother do something like this during the gulf oil spill?
