Not very uplifting if you are living in Japan, waiting on getting a vaccine and hear they’ve just decided to give away some when only around 4% of their population has been vaccinated.

Wait….WTF?? They haven’t even started to start distributing it locally yet and they are giving it away? The only reason why I could see is they let it sit way too long and it’s close to it’s expiration date….way to go Japan.

Great to see some help for Taiwan

I’m told the reason is that Japanese are being very anti-AZ because it’s not as effective as the Pfizer vaccine and a higher risk of blood clots.

This isn’t uplifting. Japan hasn’t even reached double-digits in getting their population vaccinated.
