Wow, this is the first LPT in the last year worth posting


It’s awesome when most of the avacados are like bricks and no one wants to buy them. You get the pick of the crop and you can have perfectly ripe avocados every day of the week!


The banana peel will turn black when you put it in the fridge, but the cold will still slow down the ripening process!


Here’s another great tip: Allow them to ripen in the sun. This will cause them to lose a lot of excess moisture, enhancing the buttery texture.
