Understanding and respecting your personal borders. I’m rather introverted and it’s so refreshing when someone doesn’t pressure or guilt-trip me into doing the things I don’t feel like doing.


Some one pushes aside a plan for you, when you are in need.


My office mate (and my best friend) always shares ‘better jobs’ (with more attractive salary package or company value) and forces me to apply to them. He isn’t bothered by the fact that I could be his competition for the said job. Normal people don’t do that.


Listening to what you say. Hey, not necessarily at all time, we all have some moments when we’re tired and can’t focus, but most of the time this should be the case. IMHO.
