If you create something, then, on your own time is that still the company’s property or not? I would argue if it is, then you are property of the company as well.

I guess they’re calling this version the “Delta Variant” This is standard practice in tech but seems more likely if you offer your employer and they view you as a wageslave. DO NOT let management know about personal project and ALWAYS use a personal device

I think Delta should be sued solely on the grounds of calling their flight crews “flight families”. That’s fucking atrocious.
