The Martian atmosphere always has dust in it though, to the point were almost all the light scattering is caused by the dust, either this is using a color filter or the dust for some reason at this angle is making the atmosphere look blue, like during sunsets, I have no real clue, but what I do know is that it is always somewhat dusty everywhere on Mars.
