Maybe they found a better job Maybe they were fired because they were incompetent Just cause you are replacing someone else is not necessarily a bad thing. But i agree, you should interview them too, and ask whatever you want to know. If they refuse to answer, that’s a red flag


and particularly these days—ask about their covid response! regardless of whether you’re vaccinated or how the pandemic has affected you, this will give a huge insight into how they treat and value their workers


Asking why employees quit will not make you look appealing to an employer. If you want to find out more about the organization culture, just ask them about their organizational culture. Don’t be weird by asking indirect questions about it.


Many interviews will ask “Do you have any questions for us?” Do not go in empty handed to look like a deer in the headlights.
