It also helps to do something you enjoy. For example, I love trail running and run over 20 miles a week, but I absolutely despise treadmills and running tracks.

It’s not about ‘how long does it take’ but ‘how can I love this till I die’


I take exercise classes 5 to 6 times a week for mental health reasons. It has been life changing. But what is heart breaking year after year is the women who show up every January to fulfill a new year resolution. They want to look like the women who I see every time I’m there. They don’t seem to understand that it is a healthy nutrition and exercise habit lifestyle.
