I really would like to know how they went about measuring this. I (42M) can reliably trigger arrhythmia with 3-4 cups of coffee in a single day and so can my father (80M) We both fixed a medically diagnosed arrhythmia by lowering our daily caffein intake.

Extremely unpopular opinion… reducing my coffee intake has helped me tremendously. I sleep better, so I get up earlier to work out (up at 5 every morning, in bed by 9/9:30). I decided on a whim to go a couple mornings without and it and instantly felt better. I limit myself to one cup on Saturday mornings, makes that one cup all that much better.
