I’m not sure what else would compete with that, actually. What else uses electricity or is even connected to the grid?


It’s either buildings or vehicles. We don’t really use power in too many other places.


The biggest thing that cracks me up is all the places with their lights on while they’re closed. My local high school has tons of lights on in the middle of the night. I get some of it may be for the custodial staff or be like a security thing, but surely they don’t need to be on all night all the time.


Please explain the concept of insulation to my landlord. That would be a start. I would love to save money.
