Anything really long term is going to need gravity. I think they’re testing the limits as it is right now and humans simply can’t handle weightlessness for long durations.


So that Mark Kelly guy probably has some issues??


The interesting part would be: how much gravity do you really need to avoid these effects? Maybe even 0.1 G is enough, maybe you actually need close to 1 G.


What this means is all these supposedly alien sightings are probably not flesh and bone but robots


We really are going to need artificial gravity and good radiation shielding for those long duration missions I think
