They mean 100% of hybrid or electric. Kind of misleading. Good nonetheless. Note: hybrid are now less than 10% of sales. Good job norway


Irony is that Norway is so rich because of its oil fields


As others mention this includes Hybrid and I don’t think this will hit 0% since the income levels don’t allow everyone to buy electrical. If it hits 0% then used car sales will increase for those that must drive distance and can’t afford electric cars with long ranges.


The number of cars they sell is tiny. My state sells 3 times as many new cars per month as the whole damn country


Hope companies develop better batteries that are optimized for cold winters.
