Reminder that the social security “crisis” is a completely manufactured issue from our corrupt government, they could raise rates to make millionaires and billionaires pay in and fund SS forever but instead we have people making $147,000 a year paying in the same amount as Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and Jeff Bezos


Ah, so when inflation impacts social security we rush to increase it, but when it impacts wages we complain that we can’t pay workers more? Got it.


I’m curious what businesses, especially Unions, will do here. They give out annual raises which are a pittance compared to actual current inflation.


Ah, government prints trillions of dollars, causes massive inflation, then needs more taxes to fund entitlement adjustments to account for said inflation. This doesn’t seem sustainable!!


So glad to hear… but too bad all the correspondence I get from them says that paying in all the money that I pay, the fund will be bankrupt a year before I can cash in. 🙁
