Here we go again, another set back. So as a millennial, I guess I just need to be accustomed to a financial crisis every 10 years…. This shit is getting old.


Keep this in mind when your boss exclaims that you got a huge 10% raise this year… if it’s even that much. Best way to benefit from this is to hop to another job folks.


I’m paying off a fixed-rate mortgage at 3.75%. If my pay raise is more than 3.75%, then my mortgage has effectively shrunk compared to my income. A few years of that and my mortgage becomes a much smaller percentage of my overall budget. Inflation is great for people paying off fixed-rate loans.
