It’s really tasty. My friend who was not Chinese, put the tomatoes in the skillet first. When the tomatoes cooked enough to start breaking down, they added the eggs and scrambled them. I was skeptical but really liked the dish.


Personally I add garlic/ginger, green onions, and soy sauce, and leave out the sugar. I don’t use tomato paste either. One of my favourite quick meals


It’s not “oriental” enough for us Westerners. Where’s the soy sauce, ginger, mustard root, Sichuan peppercorns, pok choy, anise and chili oil!? /s


Sounds like eggs and salsa to me! Love. I will have to try this
