There is nothing unusual about this. Getting appointed to the board of a company isn’t a dick measuring contest to see who has the most shares. A large number of they shares they do have were likely acquired through options granted as part of directors compensation.


I’m sorry, but how is this different from CEOs? I thought they were supposed to be employees of the company, working on behalf of the shareholders. Again any clarification is much appreciated.
