Little known fact that I like to remember sometimes is that I’m a grown-ass adult and if I want to eat a whole red velvet cake on my own for dinner no one can damn well stop me. If I want a Lego set, I can just waltz down and buy one. And you know what? I don’t need to say it’s for my kid. It’s for me. Have at meeeeeeeh.

Therapy sessions with a qualified mental health professional who can help determine the underlying cause of the sadness, and then help to work past those issues so that you can overcome and be cheered up for good. Or a Jetski. I’ve never see someone crying while riding a Jetski.
