Isn’t management the reason everyone has to stay? Management sets those boundaries, not customers, not employees.

you guys don’t do a last call? Back when i waited tables, my last restaurant didn’t have a “last call” but i hated staying late, so i would always give my tables a last call about 30 minutes before closing and I didn’t offer anything else after that. you might get in trouble tho so have an excuse ready lol
