LPT: If someone writes on a whiteboard in permanent marker, go over the entire area that has the permanent marker in on it with a whiteboard marker. The two different inks will react with each other and then can be erased with a whiteboard eraser.

Erasable marker is just permanent marker plus permanent marker solvent.

Or just wipe with Isopropyl alcohol for a clean slate…trust me I am an absent minded teacher.

“Permanent” Markers are actually just wet-erase markers, use isopropyl alcohol.
